Manage, organize, coordinate assigned resources, perform tasks of the Bidding Department and be responsible to the Board of Directors:
Receive bidding documents from investors
Responsible for the Board of Directors for all bidding work: personnel, progress and quality of bidding.
Coordinate with other departments/departments to implement bid documents: clarify problems, coordinate with relevant parties to develop documents: legal, capacity, technical, volume, estimate.
Company representatives meet with customers to negotiate prices and issues related to bidding.
Summarize project implementation costs and be responsible to the Board of Directors for profits.
Build and adjust processes, forms, unit prices, and train department staff
Other jobs:
Advise the Company's leaders on activities related to project bidding.
Report the work results of the Bidding Department periodically and upon request of the Board of Directors.
Other tasks as requested by superiors.
Position Requirements:
University degree.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience working in the construction and interior field. Experience in equivalent positions or at least Deputy Head of Bidding Department or Head of Bidding Team.
Attitude and qualities required: Proactive, creative, careful, honest, able to travel to the province for work.
Foreign language: Priority is given to English communication and specialized reading comprehension.
