Job description:
Drafting, arranging and managing documents, administrative dispatches, archiving drawings and project records related to projects;
Participate in drafting bidding documents, acceptance documents, and project completion;
Draft correspondence, respond to inquiries and request information related to project implementation;
Manage the organization and support of printing, compiling... project documents;
Receive and classify project management board documents; control the form of documents and documents signed and approved by the project management board to ensure compliance with the Company's procedures, processes and regulations;
Perform administrative and personnel work for the project;
