Quantity Surveyor

1. Location: QS staff (Interior)
2. Job description:

• Receive bidding documents from investors
• Responsible for all bidding work: personnel, progress and quality of bidding
• Coordinate with other departments/departments to implement bid documents: clarify problems, coordinate with relevant parties to develop documents: legal, capacity, technical, volume, estimate.
• Summarize project implementation costs and be responsible to the Board of Directors for profits.
• Other tasks as requested by superiors.
• Position Requirements:
• Candidates with a degree in Construction;
• Have 2-5 years or more experience in a similar position;
• Necessary attitudes and qualities: Proactive, creative, careful, honest, able to go on business trips to the province;
• Foreign language: Priority is given to English communication and specialized reading comprehension.
