The Running Bean Coffee was built and renovated on the foundation of an old and dilapidated restaurant. To complete the project, Sen Legend researched and consulted on solutions to address the requirements given by the Investor. Because for renovation projects, there will be unexpected problems that arise during the construction process that the Investor may not have anticipated.
